A compliant cell does not automatically make every battery pack or finished product compliant. Cell configuration, protection, BMS behavior, enclosure, charger, transport condition and product application can change the required evidence. Can I rely on the cell manufacturer report?
A cell report is important but may not cover a custom battery pack or changed configuration. We review whether the available evidence matches the product being transported.
When does a pack require retesting?
